MCS  CANCELATION POLICY
We require at least 2-hour notice to change or cancel your reservation for sedans, suvs, and limousines, and may require longer notice for all other special events. If you cancel or change your reservation less than two hour's before your scheduled pick up time, you will  assume all finical responsibility.

Late cancellations/changes and no-shows will be billed in full for all transfers and point-to-point jobs and/or total requested hours for all hourly trips.

If you can not locate your chauffeur, call us immediately at 615-357-7433. Leaving location without contacting us first, will be considered as no-show and billed in full.

We are not responsible for canceled or delayed flights due to weather conditions or aircraft's technical issues, or if you miss your flight due to heavy traffic on the roadways.

A Credit Card (American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa) is the standard accepted and agreed upon payment method and must be on file prior to reservation's confirmation.  The credit card on file will be used for all charges, unless otherwise indicated.  A 20% gratuity is added to all services unless otherwise indicated. Charges will reflect costs incurred while performing transportation services for reservations placed with Music City Sedan by the Client, its agents, and any individuals requesting transportation as an authorized employee of the Client and will reflect costs including but not limited to trip charges, tolls, parking, and gratuity.  Client is responsible for the full payment of any overtime charges, beyond the original reservation agreement.  Overtime is charged in 15 min increments and begins at 15 minutes into the hour.
